Stop Guessing. Start Knowing.

Water leaks are the "invisible enemy" of homeownership. A pinhole leak in a copper pipe under your foundation can waste 10,000 gallons of water a month, rot your home's structure, and promote toxic mold growth—all without you seeing a single drop of water.

In the past, plumbers had to guess where the leak was, breaking up concrete floors and tearing open walls until they found the wet spot. We don't work that way. We use military-grade acoustic and thermal technology to "see" and "hear" through concrete and drywall, pinpointing the exact location of the leak so we only dig where absolutely necessary.

💧 5 Silent Signs You Have a Leak:

  • 1. Sudden Bill Spike: Water usage jumps without cause.
  • 2. The "Hot Spot": A randomly warm patch on your floor.
  • 3. Phantom Sounds: Hearing running water when taps are off.
  • 4. Meter Movement: The dial spins even when water is off.
  • 5. Damp Drywall: Bubbling paint or musty smells near floors.

Our Non-Invasive Technology

🎧

Acoustic Listening

Highly sensitive ground microphones amplify the sound of pressurized water escaping pipes underground.

🌡️

Thermal Imaging

Infrared cameras detect temperature differences caused by hot water leaks under cold concrete.

🌫️

Tracer Gas

We pump safe gas into the line and use "sniffers" to detect where it exits through floors or soil.

How We Fix Slab Leaks

Once we find the leak, we offer three main solutions depending on the location and condition of your pipes:

Option 1
Spot Repair (Jackhammer)

We open a small hole in the concrete at the precise leak location, cut out the bad pipe, and patch it.

Option 2
The "Reroute" (Most Popular)

Instead of digging up floors, we abandon the old underground line and run a brand new PEX pipe through your walls and ceiling.

Option 3
Pipe Lining (Epoxy)

For hard-to-reach areas, we can sometimes coat the inside of the pipe with epoxy to seal the leak from within.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is leak detection invasive?
No. The detection phase is completely non-invasive. We use sensitive listening disks and thermal cameras to walk over your floors and scan your walls. We mark the spot with tape. We only cut into your floor or wall once you have approved a repair plan.
What causes a slab leak?
The most common cause is the reaction between copper pipes and the soil/concrete (electrolysis), which causes corrosion over time. Other causes include shifting soil (earthquakes), poor installation (kinked pipes), or high water pressure causing friction against the concrete.
Does homeowner insurance cover slab leaks?
In many cases, yes. While they often won't pay for the $200 plumbing part, the "Access and Restoration" (jackhammering the slab and pouring new concrete) is frequently covered. This is often the most expensive part of the job. We recommend checking your specific policy.
Why is my water bill so high?
A running toilet is the #1 cause of high bills, but if your toilets are fine, you likely have a hidden leak. You can test this by locating your water meter. Ensure all water is off in the house. If the small triangle or gear on the meter is still moving, water is escaping somewhere.
Is it better to repair or reroute?
If your pipes are old (30+ years), we often recommend a Reroute. Fixing one hole in an old, corroded pipe is often a temporary fix before another hole appears 3 feet away. Rerouting replaces the entire bad line with brand new PEX.
